This Privacy Policy describes how xStockFi ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use our website and protocol interface (the "Service").

1. Information We Do Not Collect

xStockFi is a decentralized protocol. We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any other personal identifying information to use the protocol. There is no KYC process.

2. Information That Is Public by Nature

All transactions on Robinhood Chain are recorded on a public blockchain. When you interact with the xStockFi smart contracts, your wallet address and transaction data are permanently and publicly visible on-chain. This is inherent to how blockchain technology works and is not under our control.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

• IP address (used for fraud prevention and regional access controls)
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent on pages
• Referring URL

This information is collected through standard web server logs and may be processed by our hosting provider.

4. Cookies

We use minimal, essential cookies required for the website to function correctly. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this will not affect your ability to interact with the on-chain protocol.

5. Waitlist / Email

If you submit your email address via our launch waitlist, we will use it solely to notify you when the trading app goes live. We will not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

6. Third-Party Services

Our website may load fonts from Google Fonts. Google's own privacy policy applies to data collected by that service. We do not use third-party advertising networks or social tracking pixels.

The xStockFi protocol uses Chainlink oracle networks for price data. Chainlink operates independently; please review Chainlink's own documentation for details on how their network processes data.

7. Data Retention

We retain server log data for a limited period for security and operational purposes, after which it is deleted. Email addresses collected via the waitlist are retained until you unsubscribe.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us via our official X / Twitter account. Note that on-chain transaction data is immutable and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
